Having a company is a good thing. There is a lot of things can be done through a legal entity, from smallest business to even huge business transactions. But, I'm not going to elaborate on this as the idea of having a business muchly depends on ones objective. Retirement plan, wealth creation, money laundering and many more.

Positive people think differently, rational people also think differently even greedy people think differently. Again, ask ourselves, what is our objective in doing business?.......
