Quite late to publish the videos as I got the material a bit late from my students. However, the trip was worth it. We love it very much. The food, the place, the activities and the best thing was the friendship and the bonding created by them. Actually, there is a lot to write but I think it is better to experience it rather than reading. So....why don't you just come and join us for the next trip after the COVID-19 over.

As we want this to be a memorable excursion with full of information and knowledge. The participants should be ready and expect the activities to be a tiring one. We will spend most of our time discovering Penang by walking and boarding free buses. Rest assured that you will enjoy every second when you take it positively.

Of course, as you can see the name of the program is Edutourism Program, it is from the word Education Tourism. We don’t want the participants go home empty but we want it be full of fun and experience. Therefore, we have come out with a task for you.

You will be divided into a group of eight. As we have 40 participants in this program, so there will be 5 groups. Each group will be given a category. The categories are as follows;

1.  Food

2.  Tourism attractions

3.  People

4.  Heritage

5.  Business and Transportation

Each group should work in getting as much information regarding the above categories and these will be presented on the Sharing Moment Night later. The content of the categories are wide and we are pretty sure that each group can carry out their task creatively and successfully.  Additional to that, you are also required to get at least one stranger to prove that you are able to interact with people around you. We need evidence to that and it can be anybody. The more you get, the more friends you’ll have. Details will be elaborated further in Penang!

We can’t wait to share the knowledge and experience with you. GO PENANG!

The second class and so forth will be on the 23rd and 30th June and the last will be on 7th July 2018. The D-day, that is your examination will be held a week later, that is on 14th July 2018.

A collaboration program with the International Islamic University Malaysia and Ministry of Health Malaysia. The four days seminar covered important areas namely the introduction of financial and managerial accounting, financial management and decision making techniques, auditing and basic taxation. The seminar enhances the participants’ knowledge in areas of accounting and understanding the importance and the contribution to the corporate decision making.

Kuantan is a place which seldom visited especially IIUM Kuantan campus. Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Mosque is now standing beautifully by the lake and many new building have been built marking the progress of the University itself. Even though the budget accommodation was not so pleasing but it was enough, can’t comment more (suits the name ‘Budget Hotel’). Akob Ikan Patin, Mok Na stall and Teluk Cempedak Beach are among recommended places to be while in Kuantan.

Alhamdulillah for the sharing knowledge session (training), the awesomeness of the participants, the hospitality, the food, the ambience, IIUM Kuantan, IIUM Crescent and many more. Alhamdulillah!

A financial training seminar conducted by Geo Management and Training, of GUC. A one week training and tourism program where the participants learn about the financial aspects of oil and gas industry as well as a sight-seeing program discovering Kuala Lumpur, Melaka and Langkawi.

Participants were very talented, intelligent and sharp-minded person who’s holding various important position in the said organization. The rest of the seminar was conducted by another expert from GUC in great detail.

Alhamdulillah, thank you Mr Maminul Islam, the director of International Student Office for giving me the opportunities to be part of the program.

I really missed them and sharing knowledge with them was the best part of the program.

New place, nice town, good food even though the journey took me nearly 6 hours to arrive at the destination. But, it was worth it. Nasi Lemak Royale, Nasi Kandar Yasmine and the delicious Laksa Ikan Sekoq have made my trip a memorable one.

Accounting Club

Having a good time with the Accounting Club yesterday.

They organized a special Accounting Talk for the secondary school students and invited Guru Cemerlang Perakaunan Selangor to deliver the tips and techniques of answering accounting paper for the coming SPM. Thank you cikgu Puan Zurita binti Samsudin for the time.

Congratulations to the club committee for the job well done.
