My comment is based on the above video where the officer claimed that she parked at the designated parking space for the disable. She said she was helping her disable person to buy some food. Still....what she did was wrong. She's not a disable person. She used a very lame reason to cover her wrong action by shouting and screaming to the officer.
A retard, that's what she is. Just shut up and pay the damn fine!
